During our Second Annual Mayor’s Week of Compassionate Service in 2017, we again encouraged families, businesses, faith institutions, schools, organizations and friends across Tarrant County to simply create a project or promote an existing project during this unique week.

Approximately 1593 volunteers served our community in 105 different activities motivated by the Golden Rule, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Browse through our list of published projects last year for inspiration and ideas. It’s as simple as creating a clean up day in your neighborhood, organizing a compassion activity through your church or school, rallying an office project, or simply going out with your family and friends to share love in the community. The opportunities are endless.
